PC windows owners: Hit the PRT SCR (Print Screen) button somewhere on your top right. Nothing seems to happen, but a snapshot of the screen has been taken. Open any application like photoshop or word create a new document, and PASTE (ctrl+v) the screendump there. Don´t ever let stealing of your pictures go without consequence. Beig a professional i have dealt with this before and have a union of lawyers in my back, but the rules are some as for anybody. You have the ownership of your work, and if someone steals them and can´t show a written permission granted by you they have broken the law and have mal treated you as a staffphotographer. In cases like this i warn them to remove them in less than 24 hours or else an invoice adding 100% on top as a penalty is sent. All warning, invoices etc must be in writing to save for later documentation. (Important!!!) In cases of customers doing this "error" i approach them more kindly and always they appologize and feel embarressed by the situation and most of the times they are still my clients. So in case of you and every other photographer out there you have an obligation to tell them whats right and wrong. The lady in question is unfortunately not bothered by her websites ill behaviour and therefor you should kick away your kindness and send them an invoice stating there allready "purchase". One picture on a website like theirs and for commercial usage for up to one from the date you have proof of would sound like 1200 DKR x 2 = 2400 DKR and thats only for that one photo and not for any other media in their house.
